NetEase Games has announced that its turn-based strategy RPG "Onmyoji" is celebrating its 4th Anniversary, bringing new Summons, limited-time events, and rewards. Check out the details below.
New Summons
Onmyoji's 4th Anniversary introduces two new Shikigami characters, including SSR Suzuhikohime and SP Ninja Yamausagi.
SSR Suzuhikohime wields a holy flame capable of reducing all her opponents to cinders. The Saintess is part of the Fiery Chime event, which runs from February 23 to March 8, 2022. During the Fiery Chime event, players can receive rewards for clearing different zones, including the new Shivering Shadow skin for Orochi, SSR/SP Summon Scrolls, Mystery Amulets, and Skull Daruma.
The dexterous kunoichi, SP Ninja Yamausagi, guards the residents of Hei-an Kyo against danger by silencing those who would do them harm. Players will have the chance to earn SP Ninja Yamausagi for free during the Onmyoji 4th-anniversary event. Those who complete the Ninja Tricks event will acquire SP Ninja Yamausagi.
Limited-Time Events
One Free Summon
From February 23 to March 1, players can perform one free summon each day, as the first Mystery Summon they do will not consume any Mystery Amulets.
SSR/SP Chance Up
From February 23 to March 6, the chance of summoning an SP/SSR will be increased by 2.5 times on three occasions. Moreover, players will get a random SP/SSR Shikigami for every 100 summons they perform (for their first 500 summons). This implies that throughout the event, players will have a much better possibility of summoning Shikigami, such as SSR Suzuhikohime.
Blessed Amulet
Between February 23 and March 6, players will have the opportunity to acquire a free Blessed Amulet as part of a summoning event. A Blessed Amulet may be used to claim any presently available SP/SSR.
Uncollected SSR/SP
From February 23 until March 6, the first SP/SSR summoned using a Mystery Amulet, Jade, or AR Amulet is guaranteed to be one that the player does not already own.
Other highlights of Onmyoji 4th Anniversary Event
New Skins
Onymoji's 4th-anniversary event will add new skins, including the Billowing Floret special edition skin for Seawatch Kingyo. Throughout the event, the skin store will offer limited-time discounts.
4th Anniversary Time Machine Event
Previously, the Onmyoji Time Machine events allowed players to reflect on their previous year's journey, creating their own documentary detailing their victories on the battlefield. Onmyoji's 4th Anniversary will feature a new Time Machine event, in which players will be able to unlock the Graceful Serenity skin for Kagura, as well as a chance to earn free SP/SSR Shikigami.
To recall, the previous Onmyoji 3.5th Anniversary has introduced the SSR character Asura.
