Once your Home Prepaid WiFi SIM is replaced, register it in your New GlobeOne app to continue to subscribe to the latest promos and track your data usage.
Note: This process is not SIM reactivation that will retain your mobile number. Instead, it's a SIM replacement where you will get a SIM with a new number.
The Home Prepaid WiFi (HPW) replacement sim is currently available in Globe Stores. Only Globe Store representatives are authorized to peel off warranty seals to conduct sim troubleshooting and install replacement sims in the HPW modem. Soon, SIM replacement will also be available on the Globe website.
Note that unauthorized tampering (such as changing the HPW SIM card with Globe Prepaid / TM / GOMO or other SIMs) will void the warranty.
You can keep your Globe Prepaid WiFi account active by loading and maintaining at least PHP 10 in load. Globe also encouraged users to subscribe to the HomeShare199 promo with 25GB of data valid for seven days, covering an entire family.
