Second Xiaomi exclusive service center in PH opens in Manila

Xiaomi has opened its second exclusive service center in the Philippines last March 5, 2022, as part of the mobile brand's initiative to provide its customers with premium after-sales support.

The Xiaomi Exclusive Service Center, located on the ground floor of SM City Manila beside the Manila City Hall, aims "to provide a harmonious experience and luxurious treatment" to its consumers, following the launch of the first Xiaomi exclusive service center in Bonifacio Global City (BGC) in December 2021. Xiaomi fans can anticipate an end-to-end service experience, from product purchase to after-sales support for the devices.

Xiaomi announced last year that it will increase its after-sales service in the country as part of its 2022 goals. Earlier in 2021, the company expanded its after-sales touchpoints across the country, expanding from ten (10) to twenty (20) service locations and adding ten additional authorized service centers to service Xiaomi TV products.

Moreover, Xiaomi established a Contact Center to support customers in the Philippines and the Americas.

Besides improved customer service, Xiaomi fans can take advantage of the company's second exclusive service center promotion, which offers a 50% discount on out-of-warranty labor fees.
