Xiaomi has launched its all-new flagship Xiaomi 12 Series for the Philippine market, including Xiaomi 12 Pro and Xiaomi 12. Check out their features, full specs, and prices below.
The Xiaomi 12 Pro flaunts a 6.7-inch LTPO AMOLED display with a WQHD+ (1440 x 3200 pixels, 521 ppi) resolution, a 1Hz to 120Hz adaptive screen refresh rate, a 1500 nits peak brightness, and support for HDR10+ and Dolby Vision. It also features a pro-grade triple rear camera setup, composed of 50MP main (Sony IMX707), 50MP ultrawide, and 50MP telephoto. With the Xiaomi ProFocus feature, it detects and tracks objects intelligently, preventing blurred or out-of-focus shots of moving subjects. There's also a single 32MP selfie camera.
Under the hood runs a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset with a large vacuum chamber and graphite sheets for cooling, paired with 12GB of RAM, 256GB of non-expandable storage, and MIUI 13 software based on Android 12. Xiaomi 12 Pro packs a 4,600mAh battery supporting lightning-fast 120W Xiaomi HyperCharge technology. There's also an in-display fingerprint scanner, 5G connectivity, IR blaster, WiFi 6, Dolby Atmos audio, and quad stereo speakers tuned by Harman Kardon.
On the other hand, Xiaomi 12 boasts a 6.28-inch AMOLED display with an FHD+ (1080 x 2400 Pixels, 419 ppi) resolution, a 120Hz screen refresh rate, and a peak brightness of 1100 nits. The device's triple rear camera module consists of a 50MP main, 13MP ultrawide, and 5MP telephoto macro. On the front, there's a 32MP sensor.
Hardware-wise, Xiaomi 12 runs on a 3 GHz 4nm Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 octa-core processor, joined by an 8GB of RAM, 256GB of internal storage, and an MIUI 13 interface based on Android 12 OS. It packs a 4,500mAh battery with support for 67W wired turbo-charging. Moreover, it comes with an under-display fingerprint scanner, 5G connectivity, WiFi 6, IR blaster, Dolby Atmos audio, and stereo speakers tuned by Harman Kardon.
Both Xiaomi 12 and Xiaomi 12 Pro support 50W fast wireless charging and 10W reverse charging. They also make use of Xiaomi AdaptiveCharge, a smart charging algorithm that learns and adapts to the user's charging habits, thereby extending the battery life.
