Microsoft has shared guidelines and recommended specs to install and run Android apps on a Windows 11 PC.

Initially, users need to install the Amazon Appstore via the Microsoft Store to be able to browse and install mobile apps from a curated collection.

According to Microsoft, the recommended memory to run Android apps on a Windows 11 device is 16GB of RAM, while 8GB of RAM is the minimum required amount. Also, an SSD (solid-state drive) is needed to run apps.

Other system requirements include Core i3 8th Gen or above processor or a Ryzen 3000 or above chipset. Users can also use mobile apps on a Windows device powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8c or higher CPU.

Microsoft also notes that users will need to enable virtualization on Windows 11 to run Android apps.
