MIR4 has rolled out its February 22 patch, bringing several updates, such as enhanced CAPTCHA, load NFT character function, and more. The free-to-play NFT MMORPG also celebrates its 200 days with a check-in event. See more details about the MIR4 February 22, 2022 patch notes below.
Enhanced CAPTCHA verification system
MIR4's January 25 Patch introduced the CAPTCHA verification system "Proving Eligibility," where players must be verified first via CAPTCHA before logging into the game.
In this February 22 Patch, MIR4 has enhanced the CAPTCHA verification system "to improve the gaming environment and gameplay experience" of players.
Players will be required to re-verify their eligibility once every 24 hours. The countdown timer will be prompted in-game.
Failure to re-verify eligibility will automatically be disconnected from the game once the timer counts down to 0.
Moreover, there will be an in-game reminder, which will be displayed 3 hours before the automatic disconnection. Additional reminders will appear every 1 hour until being disconnected.
From 30 minutes before the automatic disconnection (Auto DC), players will be unable to enter Magic Square, Secret Peak, Raid, and Boss Raid, and the remaining time of the Portal contents cannot be extended.
Auto DC Timer won't reset even after using Wayfarer Travel. Also, the Auto DC Timer is bound to the account, shared by all of the characters on the account.
Importing NFT characters
MIR4's NFT characters can now be imported and loaded from the character creation screen. The "Load NFT" function was added to the Character Creation screen.
Players can import their character NFTs to a new server and directly load them from the Character Creation menu.
The game account must first be linked to the player's WEMIX account to import Character NFTs. It will automatically prompt the player with the linking process if it has not been already linked.
The procedure for Character NFT loading has not been changed.

This Check-in event runs from February 22 to March 22, 2022, GMT+8.
The 1st Check-in Event runs from February 22 to March 8, 2022.

Day 2: 2 Speed-Up Tickets (60 Minutes)
Day 3: 2 Epic Advancement Cordials
Day 4: 2 Epic Prosperity Cordials
Day 5: 2 Epic Greed Cordials
Day 6: 2 Vigor Pills (60 Minutes)
Day 7: 1 Epic Noirsoul Herb
The 2nd Check-in Event runs from March 8 until March 22, 2022.
Day 1: 2 Vigor Pills (30 Minutes)
Day 2: 2 Speed-Up Tickets (60 Minutes)
Day 3: 2 Epic Advancement Cordials
Day 4: 2 Epic Prosperity Cordials
Day 5: 2 Epic Greed Cordials
Day 6: 2 Vigor Pills (60 Minutes)
Day 7: 1 Epic Noirsoul Herb
Each day, players must claim their daily Check-in rewards directly from the event page.
Once the 2nd Check-in Event begins on March 8, 2022, any unclaimed rewards from the 1st Check-in Event will be ineligible for redemption.
Players can only obtain the event's final reward, "Epic Noirsoul Herb," after checking in on all seven days of the event's duration.
Event: Divine Dragon's Blessing
This event runs from February 22 to March 22, 2022, GMT+8. The Divine Dragon's Blessing can be accessed via the event menu.
Once per character, players can purchase a special ticket that can be used to obtain a combination result item. (Highest grade obtainable via the ticket is based on your highest Combination attempts.)
The Divine Dragon's Blessing Ticket is valid until March 21, 2022, after which it will be removed.
The combo failed attempts do not include Dragon Claw and Dragon Eye.
Other highlights of MIR4 February 22 update
Market
The total duration of items registered for sale on the market was significantly increased. Sale Duration after registering in the market was extended from the initial 3-day period to a 14-day listing.
Craft
The following Event Craft Item was removed on February 21, 2022, 23:59:59 (UTC+8):
Item Name: Spirit Treasure Token
Craft NPC: <Craftsman> Gwon Chuyoung
The following items were also removed:
- Epic Spirit Treasure Token Box
- Rare Spirit Treasure Token Box
- Uncommon Spirit Treasure Token Box
Bug fixes and gameplay improvements
- The chance of obtaining drops, including Shards and Crystals, from Magic Square and Secret Peak has been decreased.
- The difficulty level of the Redmoon Mountain Request - Martial Arts Master's Training Method - has been lowered. The required "Mark of the Master" is now 8 (from 20).
- The number of resources required to craft Death Flower Jade Tag will be decreased. Post-Change: 7 each of Dragon Jade/Purple Jade/Fire Jade/Metal Jade. After Change: 3 each of Dragon Jade/Purple Jade/Fire Jade/Metal Jade.
